摘要
通过文献资料、建模实验、调查研究等方法,对健美训练中出现的肌肉生长迟缓期——训练高原期进行分析研究,从中发现采用半程大重量训练法,提高饮食中脂肪含量的摄入量和注重足够数量的维生素摄入量,是加快肌肉生长。
Plateau period of body building in which muscules grow slowly was analysed through literature reading,modeling experiments and investigations in this paper. Study shows the adoption of half process heavy load training and the increasing of fat and vitamins taking in were the efficient ways of accelerating muscles growing and getting rid of the plateau period in body building.
