The foreign trade sector in Tibet, developed from scratch, has now formed a complete system composed mainly of ordinary trade enterprises and industrial enterprises enjoying power to handle their own imports and exports, and supplemented by foreign-funded enterprises and businesses conducting limited amount of border trade.
