通过对广州体院田径普修技术考核标准和学生达标成绩的调查与研究，找出制定合理的技术达标考核标准的客观依据，制定出符合学生实际情况的评分标准，并进行理沦验证和实际应用的检验，证明新的评分标准能反映学生的整体水平，是科学、合理和实用的。

After the survey of the technical testing criteria and the students'standard testing marks for track and field as a general course at Guangzhou PhysicalEducation Institute, discovered is the objective foundation to formulate reasonable technical standard testing criteria, laid down are the grading criteria conforming to students'actualities, which are verified in theory and tested in realistic application. The newassessing criteria are proven to be scientifiC, rational and practicable, able to mirrorstudents' overall level.
