摘要
为探讨人体耳蜗传出神经系统的组成,应用免疫细胞化学染色技术观察胆碱乙酰化酶以及γ-氨基丁酸在人体耳蜗传出神经系统的分布特征。结果发现,内侧及外侧橄榄耳蜗系统都含有胆碱乙酰化酶和γ-氨基丁酸阳性神经纤维,但二者呈不同的分布类型。研究表明,人体耳蜗传出神经系统内胆碱能纤维和γ-氨基丁酸能纤维有各自不同的起源。
In order to reveal the components of human olivocochlear system, the distribution features of cholinergic and gama-aminobutyric acid (GABA )-ergic efferents were investigated with immunocy-tochemistry. Two kinds of antibodies against choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and against GABA, respec-tively, were used in this study. The results showed that both of the medial and lateral olivocochlear systems consisted of both of cholinergic and GABAergic fibers. But the cholinergic fibers and GABAergic fibers pre-sented different features of distribution in human cochlea. This study indicates that cholinergic fibers and GABAergic fibers of human olivocochlear systems have different origins.
