应用多普勒超声心动图和心导管同步描记术对室速血流动力学的研究

摘要 用超速抑制刺激方式致健康犬不同心室起源部位的室性心动过速,应用彩色多普勒超声和心导管同步描记术测得血流动力学的一系列指标对室速发作时的左室收缩及舒张功能进行研究。结果表明:不同心室起源部位的室性心动过速对左室收缩及舒张功能影响的严重程度不同,以左右室心尖诱发的室速影响程度最小,左右室侧壁处次之,以左右室流出道部位诱发的室速对左室收缩及舒张功能影响的严重程度最大。 The hemodynamic effects of ventricular tachycardia(VT) were studied in 15 mongral dogs,using the mode of incremental pacing.VT was made in various ventricular sites individually included the apices,the middle ia teral walls and the outflow s of left ventricle and right ventricle.Ineach site of VT,the ventricular rates were made increasing 20 per minute in each dgree depending on the basal sinus rate,until attaining 120 per minute adding of the sinus rate in each dog.After establishing the mo del of the VT,Dappler echocardiography and cardiac catheterization were performed simultaneously.The colour Doppler flow imaging technique was first used to investigate the hemodynamics of VT.The results provide experimentally a basis for the treatment of ventricular tachycardia clinically,especially to the patients with VT in the absence of demonstrable heatr disease.We also conclude that colour Doppler flow imaging technique could be used to investigate ventricular tachycardia clinically.
