滩羊及其杂种一代血清乳酸脱氢酶、红细胞酯酶D同工酶谱与基因频率的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法和琼脂糖——淀粉凝胶电泳法,分别对七种羊血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和红细胞酯酶D(ESD)同工酶的正常值与基频率进行了研究,共调查了253头绵羊。研究结果表明:滩母羊(M)、小尾寒羊公羊(F_(寒))、东德美利奴公羊(F_(美))、M×F_(寒)、M×F_(美)、M×F_(道)、M×F_(萨)羊血清LDH基因频率依次为0.7407、0.7829、0.7604、0.7499、0.7597、0.7483、0.7621;ESD基因频率依次为0.6530、0.5454、0.0835、0.7105、0.5000、0.5870、0.5400。杂种一代羊LDH和ESD基因频率受亲代的影响而向双亲靠近。LDHI_1和LDH_3是各种绵羊的特征性酶带,具有品种的特异性。滩羊血清LDH_4和LDH_5间出现一条变异型区带LDH_Y,出现机率为11.3%。 By means of polyacryamide gel disc electrophoresis and agarose-starch gel electrophoresis ,the isoenzyme zymogram and gene frequency of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and erythrocyte esterase D (ESD) from seven Varieties of hybrids of sheep werestudied respec-tively, and 253 sheep were investigated. The results showed that serum LDH gene frequency of Tan Sheep ewe(M), small-tail Han sheep ram (FHan) ,East Germany Merino Sheep ram (FMe) , M x FHan,M x FMe, M x FDow and M x Fsa was 0. 7404. 0. 7829,0. 7604.0. 7499,0. 7597,0. 7483and 0. 7621 respectively; ESD gene frequencywas 0. 6530,0. 5454, 0. 0835,0. 7105,0. 5000,0. 5870 and 0. 5400,respectively . The gene frequency of LDH and ESD of hybird F, was affected by their characteristic zymogram of sheep and with specificity of the variety. Between LDH4 and LDH5 from the serumof Tan Sheep ewe there appeared a variotype zonal LDHY and the probability of appearance was 11. 3%.
