摘要
20世纪80年代以来,随着我国国民经济的持续稳步发展,作为国民经济发展基础行业电力也得到了迅速发展。电网发生事故时及时、有效地掌握故障的信息,对于事故的判断、处理和系统的恢复起到非常关键的作用,继电保护故障信息分析处理系统的建立,实现了在电力系统发生故障后将完整的保护装置动作报告和录波报告迅速传送到省调及相关继电保护部门,使所有关心故障状况的人员(尤其是调度人员)能及时、准确地掌握电网的故障情况,提高事故的分析处理水平。
Since the 80's,as China's national economy continued its steady development as a foundation of national economic development of electricity industry has been the rapid development.Power grid when the incident promptly and effectively grasp the fault information,for accident judgments,the resumption of treatment and systems play a very key role.Analysis of protective relaying fault information pro-cessing system set up,implementation of a fault in power system protection devices will be a complete report and the recorded wave moves quickly to send the report to the provincial department of relay protection and related adjusted so that all concerned about the failure status of staff(in particular,are scheduling staff) can receive timely and accurate grasp of the grid fault conditions,enhance the level of deal with the accident analysis.
