The Comparison of the Structure and Process of Two Kinds of Bamboo Bundle Floor Blanks

通过分析比较两种竹束地板坯料的结构、工艺及其生产成本,认为用竹束帘按奇数层且相邻层互相垂直组坯胶合而成的中竹地板坯料,比用竹束篾全顺纹铺装高压胶合而成的重竹地板坯料具有产品结构合理、工艺先进、性能良好且生产成本低的优点,是一种性价比较高的新产品,将有较好的市场前景。

The structure,process and cost of two kinds of bamboo bundle floor blanks were compared and analyzed. In comparison with the mutiply bamboo floor blank that was made from bamboo bundle strip along with texture,the midply bamboo floor blank,which was glued by arranging the odd and adjacent bamboo bundle curtain layers perpendicularly to each other,had the advantages of reasonable structure,advanced technology,good performance and low cost,being a new product with high ratio of performance to price,and showing a good market prospect.
