摘要 研究了不同充油量对溶聚丁苯胶流变行为的影响,并与乳聚丁苯胶及未充油溶聚丁苯胶的流变行为做了比较。结果表明:填充高芳烃油后的溶聚丁苯胶流变行为优于其它两种橡胶。在混炼时,辊筒行为好,挤出物表面光滑,填充37.5phr时,其效果更佳. The effects of different levels of extending oil on rheological properties of solution styrene-butadiene rubber (S-SBR ) were studied. Compared with those of the emulsion styrene-butadiene(E-SBR)or S-SBR without extending oil,the results show that the re- hological and rollability properties of S-SBR extended with high aromatic hydrocarbon con- tent were'suprior to thoes of E-SBR or S-SBR without extending oil, and the rubber has the smooth surface when extruded. When the rubber was extended with 37. 5phr high aro- matic hydrocarbon content oil, the rheological properties of S-SBR and the surface of ex- truded rubber were even much better.
