摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶前驱体法合成了正尖晶石结构的LiMn2O4,研究了产物的结构、性能以及最佳的制备条件。结果表明,原料的配比和干胶的焙烧温度对产物的组成、结构以及颗粒形态有重要的影响。进一步的研究表明,LiMn2O4在1.0 molL-1 HCl中酸浸120 h可得高纯度的-MnO2,-MnO2浸锂后得到Li+与LiMn2O4所形成的固溶体Li1.01Mn2O4,其锂离子脱嵌/嵌入在结构上是可逆的。固溶体Li1.01Mn2O4的形成可提高材料的锂离子筛分性能。
Normal spinet LiMn2O4 was synthesized by sot-gel method. The structure, characteristics and the optimum conditions were studied. The results show that the proportioning of raw materials and the calcining temperature of dried gel affected markedly the composition, structure and micrograph of products. Further research indicate that high pure lambda-MnO2 was prepared by leaching LiMn2O4 in 1 mol(.)L(-1) HCl for 120 h. Solid solution Li1.01Mn2O4 was obtained after lambda-MnO2 adsorbed lithium ion. The extraction and insertion of lithium ion were reversible in structure. The formation of solid solution Li1.01Mn2O4 has great significance for improvement of ion-sieve property.
