摘要
利用静态坩埚抗渣试验法研究了含β SiAlON的MgO -Al2 O3浇注料的抗渣性。结果表明 :β SiAlON加入后 ,会引起玻璃相含N而使粘度增加 ,且由于含N物质与氧化物渣的润湿性差 ,有利于阻止渣侵蚀。但SiAlON在高温的氧化较剧烈 ,导致试样膨胀 ,当其加入量较高时 ,这种变化会显著影响浇注料的其他性能。当SiAlON较多时 。
By static crucible slag test method, slag resistance of MgO-Al 2 O 3 containing SiAlON was studied. The results indicated that, adding SiAlON into MgO-Al 2 O 3 castable would bring about the forming of glass phase containing N, the viscosity of this kind of glass phase is higher than oxide glass.Meanwhile, the wetting between SiAlON and the oxides in slag is poor. From these two points, the adding of SiAlON is helpful to improving slag resistance of MgO-Al 2 O 3 castable. But due to the oxidation of SiAlON at high temperature, which led to expansion of specimens, especially much SiAlON was added into specimen,the other properties would be influenced remarkably.When the SiAlON content in specimen is relative high, needle like grains of SiAlON polytypoids formed in the matrix of specimen.
