Effect of Qiangli Kanglaoye to Immunologic Function in Mice

强力抗老液能对抗环磷酰胺(CY)所致的小鼠外周血淋巴细胞数减少和胸腺重量下降,并能提高正常小鼠白细胞介素Ⅱ含量和自然杀伤细胞毒活性。提示该药具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。

Qiangli Kanglaoye(Strong Liquor For Anti-senilty)has the effects for resisting the lymphopenia of peripheral blood and the reducing of thymus weight,in mice,caused by cyclophos- phamide.It also could raise the content of interleukin Ⅱand the activity of NK cells in normal mice. The result indicates that,the drug has the effect for promoting the immunologic function.
