解毒健肾汤配合激素等治疗肾病综合征21例

Jiedu Jianshen Tang With Hormone for Nephrotic Syndrome:Treatment of 21 Cases

热毒是各种病邪所致肾病的共同病理产物,故以清热解毒为主,佐以活血化瘀,益气养阴,自制解毒健肾汤,配合激素等治疗肾病综合征21例,总有效率95.24%。治疗后血清总蛋白,白蛋白,内生肌酐清除率显著升高(P<0.001),血色素显著升高(P<0.01),血肌酐、尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯,尿蛋白定量显著下降(P<0.001)。

The toxic heat is the common pathological product of kidney diseases.The treatment mainly on eliminatimg heat and removing toxic material together with activating blood removing stasis and strengthening Qi and Yin was selected.The self-prescribed Jiedu Jianshen Tang (Decoction for Detoxicating And Strengthening Kidney) with hormone was used in the treatment of 21 cases of nephrotic syndrome.The total effecitve rate was 95.24%.After treatment,serum total protein,albumin and endogenous creatinine clearance rate obviously ascended (P<0.001)while creatinine,urea nitro- gen,cholesterol tryglyceride and urinary protein obviously descended (P<0.001)
