摘要
本文选用优化方法合成得到新型环氧树脂固化剂砜醚二胺(SED)。用FTIR研究了四官能环氧树脂(Ag-80)与该种固化剂的固化反应机理。结果表明,温度低于200℃,以伯胺基-环氧基、羟基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主;温度高于200℃,以仲胺基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主。用TBA技术研究体系的固化过程,得到时间-温度-转变(TTT)状态图,可供制定复合材料的固化工艺参考。最后,制备了浇铸体,测定其性能,表明新型固化体系与DDS体系相比,韧性提高,耐湿性显著改善。
In this paper, a novel aromatic diamines curing agent, sulfone ether diamines (SED).was prepared with an optimum method.The mechanism of curing reaction of tetra functional epoxy (Ag-80) /novel curing agent (SED)was studied with FTIR.The results show that the main curing reaction can be attributed to the reactions between the primary amine-epoxide and between the hydroxyl-epoxide when temperature is below 200°C and to the reaction between the secondary amine- epoxide when temperature is above 200°C. The curing process of the system was studied with TEA, andtime-temperature-transformation(TTT)cure diagram was obtained, which provides valid foundation for determining the curing conditions of carbon fibre-reinfor-ced composites.Finally,the castings were prepared and their properties were determined. According to the experimental results, the toughness and especially, moisture resistance of the novel curing system increase compared with DDS system.
