摘要
该文利用日本三菱公司的FX1N-40MT设计了倒角机控制系统。它通过控制两套汽缸驱动翻爪完成上料,一台异步电动机驱动链条式多轮运动机构完成磨削前的进料和磨削后的退料,两套汽缸完成磨削倒角加工时的预料和加工完成后的落料,一台异步电机在磨削加工时驱动棒料旋转,一个汽缸驱动磨头在加工时摆动,一台步进电机驱动磨头实现磨削进给,两套汽缸驱动翻爪完成下料,而磨头是用一台异步电机驱动砂轮旋转的机构,并给出了控制系统原理图及程序流程图,解决了控制器输入点数相对不足的技术问题。实际加工运行测试表明倒角机运行情况良好。
In this paper, a PLC cortrol system based on FX1N - 40MT is developed for the machine. Two cylinders drive the tipping unit, loading the bars; one asynchronous motor drives chain motion mechanism, implementing the feed and back off movement of bars; bar lifting movement in the process of chamfering and blanking movement after machining are carried out by another two cylinders; one asynchronous motor rotates the bar and one cylinder swings the wheel head when grinding; the feeding of the wheel head is accomplished by one stepping motor; finally, two cylinders drive the dumper, downloading the bars. Control system schematics and program flow chart are given in this paper. Besides, the successful solution to lacking input terminals for PLC is discussed. Experiments show that this control system operates well.
