摘要
为了使工程质量评价更加客观、稳定 ,探讨了一种基于模糊数学理论的工程质量评价方法 .该方法通过分析组成工程体的各子项工程的内在联系和隶属关系 ,建立工程结构层次模型 ,利用层次分析技术和模糊统计方法计算各组成要素的权重和隶属度 ,然后利用质量指数评判公式对工程质量进行评价 .在云南华能澜沧江水电有限公司质量管理信息系统中 ,该方法实际应用效果良好 。
In order to evaluate the quality of hydropower project objectively and steadily, a method for evaluating the project′s quality was discussed based on fuzzy mathematics. By analyzing the intrinsic relation among members of project and establishing the hierarchy model for the project, the weight and subjection degree of the main elements of project can be calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the fuzzy statistical method. The quality of the project was appraised by evaluating the formula of quality index. The result showed that the approach had high performance, and the quality evaluation of hydropower project was characterized by stability and reliability.
