自然排卵周期中子宫卵巢血流与性激素、血管内皮生长因子的关系 被引量:7

The Relationship of Uterine and Ovarian Blood Flow with Steroids andVascular Endothelial Growth Factor During the Spontaneous Ovulatory Cycles

摘要 目的 :探讨自然排卵周期中子宫动脉和卵巢基质血流与血清性激素、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的关系。材料和方法 :3 0例排卵功能正常的育龄妇女 ,于尿LH阳性日和排卵后第 6~ 7天进行阴道超声检查 ,测定子宫动脉和卵巢基质血流PSV、EDV和RI。测定血清FSH、LH、E2 、P和VEGF浓度。结果 :黄体中期卵巢基质血流RI低于围排卵期。卵巢基质血流PSV与围排卵期的血清LH、VEGF和黄体中期的血清P、VEGF水平正相关。子宫动脉PSV与围排卵期的血清VEGF、LH浓度和黄体中期的血清VEGF水平正相关 ,而子宫动脉RI与血清VEGF、E2 水平呈负相关。结论 :自然排卵周期中 ,子宫和卵巢血流的周期性变化可能受性激素和VEGF调节。 Purpose: The hemodynamic changes in uterine and intraovarian vessels during the spontaneous ovulation cycles and its relationship with serum steroids and vascular endothelial growth factor was studied. Materials and Methods: 30 women with normal ovulating function underwent serial transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography on the day of positive urinary LH and 6~7 day after ovulation. The peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV), and resistance index(RI) in uterine arteries and ovarian stromal vessels were measured. Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone estradiol (LH), estradiol(E 2), progesterone(P) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in their blood were assessed. Results: (1) RI of ovarian stromal flow in the mid-luteal phase was lower than that in pre-ovulaing phase. (2) PSV of the ovarian stromal flow showed positive correlation with serum VEGF, LH in the pre-ovulating phase, and with serum P, VEGF in the mid-luteal phase. (3) PSV in the uterine artery positively correlated with serum VEGF, LH in the pre-ovulating phase ,and with serum VEGF in the mid-luteal phase. RI in the uterine artery negatively correlated with serum VEGF and E 2. Conclusion: During spontaneous ovulating cycle, the blood flow in uterine and ovary showed a cyclic change and were regulated by steroid and VEGF.
