摘要 镀锌钢丝耐腐蚀性能与锌层的厚度、结构状况密切相关。借助金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对几种不同工艺生产的镀锌钢丝盐雾寿命实验结果进行了分析。 14 4h的盐雾实验结果表明 :锌层厚度为 6 2 .70 μm时的合金层厚度为 17.73μm ,锌层厚度为 4 7.71μm时合金层厚度增加到 37.32 μm ,而黄锈斑的量却由 2 %增加到 12 %。镀锌钢丝的耐蚀能力随镀层厚度增加而增加 ,随合金层厚度的增加而降低。 The anticorrosion property of galvanized steel wire are closely related to Zn-coat thickness and structure statue. The test results using salt spray to corrode galvanized steel wire produced by several different processes are analyzed with optical microscope and SEM. The results after 144 h test shows that alloy layer thickness is 17.73 μm when Zn-coat thickness is 62.70 μm, alloy layer thickness is 37.32 μm when Zn-coat thickness is 47.71 μm and the number of yellow rusty spot increases from 2% to 12%. Anticorrosion property of galvanized steel wire can be improved by increasing Zn-coat thickness and be reduced by decreasing alloy layer thickness.
