摘要
应用TEM,XRD和TMA研究氧化镁部分稳定氧化锆(MgO PSZ)的相变、微观组织和结构、热膨胀特性。
The phase transformation of MgO-partially stabilized zirconia (MgO-PSZ) is studied with TEM,X-ray diffraction and dilatometric techniques.It is found that the phase transformation of monoclinic aprticles to tetragonal takes place in two temperature ranges of 1 170 and 460~830 ℃,respectively.The ratio and microstructure of phase can be controlled by a typical heat treatment profiles.The fine tetragonal particles in MgO-PSZ and the volume shrinkage associated with this phase transformation play an important role for the thermal shock resistance of MgO-PSZ.A crack propagation observation in-sotu using TEM indicates that a concentration zoon of monoclinic phase is existence at the tip of a propagating crack and fine tetragonal phase can block the propagation of crack.
