摘要
研究了选矿药剂塔尔油对铝土矿浸出过程的影响和作用机理。研究结果表明,塔尔油对氧化铝的浸出率有促进作用,当塔尔油的加入量为0.12kg/t时,氧化铝的浸出率可提高12.8%。塔尔油的加入使铝酸钠溶液的电导率下降、密度增大、粘度增大,使铝土矿溶出浆液的压缩液固比减小。红外光谱研究发现,塔尔油对SiO2的吸附能力较强,而对Al2O3和Fe2O3吸附能力弱,塔尔油适合做铝土矿反浮选的捕收剂。
The paper discussed the effects and action of turpentin in the course of leaching bauxite. And the results showed that it is feasible to improve the leaching rate by adding turpentin. When the amount of addition reached 0.12 kg/t, the leaching ratio of alumina increased to 12.8%. Meanwhile, the properties of aluminate solution, such as viscosity, specific gravity, conductance and sedimentation capacity, had been tested by experiments. It was found that by researching IR spectrum. turpentin absorbed SiO_2 stronger than Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3, and it was suitable to use collectors of reverse-flotation.
