摘要 Survivin是一种新的凋亡抑制蛋白 ,在正常成人组织的表达仅见于胸腺和生殖腺 ,而在多数人类肿瘤细胞中高表达 .对Survivin基因在人类肿瘤的早期诊断。 Survivin is a new inhibitor of apoptosis protein, which is over-expressed in most cells of human tumor and only expressed in gonad and thymus in adult tissues. The paper reviews the studies on survivin gene and its relationship with early diagnosis, prognosis and gene therapy of human tumor.
