The article explains the via management information system of technological production and patent web, and brings forward the function pattern and the key technology according to the experiences of Guangzhou Branch Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guangdong Academy of Sciences management. Then the applied system pattern have been built and put in practice. The results are effective.
