摘要
提出了一种运动关系简明、刃磨加工调整参数较少的球头立铣刀前刀面加工数学模型,同时对球头立铣刀前刀面刃磨参数进行优化,保证了球刃前刀面与周刃前刀面的光滑连接和良好的“S“形刃形。
In this paper,a new rake face grinding mathematical model of ball-nose end milling cutter is established ,which has a simple relationship of motion and few grinding parameters. Meanwhile, the grinding parameters of rake face are optimized, which ensures the smooth connection between the rake face of major cutting edge and that of circumferential cutting edge and obtains the better 'S' cutting edge.
