摘要
基于有机发光二极管(OLED)的器件结构和发光机理的分析,讨论了OLED的无源和有源驱动技术,并对各自的特点进行分析比较。比较分析了OLED的直流驱动和交流驱动技术,得出了交流驱动优于直流驱动的结论。最后,通过一个例子,分析了有源矩阵OLED驱动电路的整体结构。
This paper presents the display principle and device structure of OLED with emphasis on the description of passive and active driving technique.A comparison of the two kinds of driving modes shows that the AC driving is better than the DC driving.Finally,a brief introduction to the general architecture of the active matrix OLED is made with an example.
