摘要 讨论了用有限元分析应力时轴的疲劳强度计算方法。文中对强度计算所需要的基本参数的确定和简化处理方法作了较详细的说明,并介绍了利用Goodman应力线图和强度理论对轴在单一工作状态和多工作状态下,疲劳强度计算中高、低周多向应力处理的方法。最后给出了两个算例,其计算结果是令人满意的。 Using the Finite Element Method for stress analysis, a method for calculating fatigue strength of shafts has been discussed. The article has de tailed the determination and simplification of basic parameters in the calculation of fatigue strength. It has been presented that handling of the high and low-complex stresses in calculating fatigue strength of shafts, under single or multiple working-condition, with Goodman stress line and strength theorys. Finally two examples have been illustrated, and their results have been satisfactory.
