摘要
用无创性心阻抗血流图与肺阻抗血流图法研究了正常人口服绞股蓝总甙片(GPs)前后常氧与缺氧时心脏及体、肺循环的功能变化。实验发现,正常人口服GPs22d后Q-Z间期及Q-Z间期指数显著缩短,Heather指数(HI)显著增加。服药前缺氧时Q-B间期(Q-B)及其指数(Q-BI)、Q-B/B-Y比值、肺动脉压(Ppa)、肺血管阻力及心率(HR)显著增加,而B-Y间期、Hs、心搏量、左心射血前期、左心射血时间、Q-X间期、Cdz/dtmax以及HI显著减少:服药后再次缺氧时,Q-BI,Ppa、HR及Hs的变化程度显著低于服药前缺氧时,服药前缺氧时的其他变化此时不再出现。结果表明,服用GPs可增强正常人心肌收缩力,改善缺氧时的心脏功能,抑制缺氧性肺动脉高压。
The function of heart, systemic and pulmonary circulation was examined by impedance cardiographyand impedance pneumography during normoxia and hypoxia in 14 healthy young men before and after 22 days of oral administration of Gypenosides(Gps), saponins extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb) Makino. Gps increased Heather index (HI) and reduced Q-Z interval and Q-Z interval index (Q-ZI). Hypoxic ventilation caused increases in Q-B interval(Q-B) and Q-B/BY ratio,pulmonary arterial pressure(Ppa), pulmonary vascular resistance and heart rate(HR), and decreases in R-Y interval (B-Y), amplitude of the S wave(Hs), stroke volume, left ventricular prejection and ejection time,Q-X interval, Cdz/dtmax and HI before administration of Gps. However after Gps hypoxia had fewer effects on Q-BI Ppa, HR and Hs as compared with pre-Gps, and had no effect on the other parameters. These results indicate that Gps increase myocardial contractility, improve heart function in hypoxia and inhibite hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
