长期中等强度运动训练对自发性高血压慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠模型保护肾功能的作用 被引量:5

摘要 将SHR大鼠的肾脏切除5/6建立慢性自发性高血压肾功能衰竭模型,探讨长期中等强度运动训练是否会使肾功能恶化,长期中等强度运动训练是否会对此模型有保护肾功能的作用。方法:将SHR大鼠在8周龄时行右肾2/3切除,9周龄时行左肾全摘除,制备慢性肾功能不全模型。于11周龄时随机分为非运动组、中等强度运动训练组。运动训练组所有动物进行跑台训练,速度20m/min,时间60min/d,5d/w。研究为期8周的长期运动训练对肾功能的影响。结果:长期中等强度运动训练进一步明显抑制尿蛋白分泌和减少血清总胆固醇。另外,运动训练明显降低肾小球硬化指数和血肌酐。结论:长期中等强度运动训练对此模型也有保护肾功能的作用。 Objective:To determine whether long-term chronic moderate-Ex training worsing renal function and whether long-term chronic moderate-Ex training providing a renal protective effect to in this rat model.Method:Eight-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were subjected to 5/6 nephrectomy by removal of the left kidney and infarction of two thirds of the right kidney. The SHR was divided into 2 group:a remained sedentary group (sedentary) and a group conducting moderate treadmill running at 20m/mim 0° for 60min(exercise) 5 times/week for 8 weeks.Result: Long-term chronic moderate-Ex training furthermore significantly attenuated the increase in proteinuria and less serum total cholesterol levels. In addition, index of glomerular sclerosis(IGS) and serum creatinine was notably significantly reduced by exercise.Conclusion:Those effects of long-term chronic moderate-Ex training on renal-protection is also possible in this rat model.
