摘要
本文首先对弗里德曼的教育券思想做一全面系统的介绍 ,并指出目前的研究对于该思想认识的几点不足之处。在此基础上从实施的背景、实施的模式、产生的影响三个方面对比我国长兴实行的教育券制度与弗里德曼所倡导的教育券制度之间的不同之处 ,从而说明长兴实行的教育券制度不是照搬照抄美国的教育券制度 ,而是立足于中国实际的、“洋为中用”的教育券制度。
This paper gives a general and systematic introduction of the idea of educational voucher of Freadman in the first place, pointing out some insufficiency in the understanding of this idea in the present research, based on which it compares the differences between the system of educational voucher that was advocated by Freadman and the system that was practiced in Changxing. It indicates that the Educational Voucher System carried out in Changxing is not the copy of American Educational Voucher System, but based on the Chinese reality, making foreign things serve China.
