通过分析GH4 16 9合金涡轮盘不同部位的成形特点及合金特性 ,提出了对粗大合金组织的有效预防措施和改善方法 ,为确保锻件冶金质量 。

Through analysis of different position forming features of turbine wheel and GH4169 alloy special properties, some effective precautionary measures and improvement methods for the coarse grain are put forward. The results provide some useful references to guarantee the forging quality for improving the forging quality stability.
