摘要
本文讨沦了采用有限元法对具有进动的高速旋转的轴对称体进行应力分析的方法。首先,推导了轴对称体中哥氏惯性力的分布公式。在柱坐标系下,哥氏力中含有沿径向的零阶对称载荷和沿轴向的一阶对称及一阶反对称载荷.其次,采用了具有计算精度高、对边界适应性强的八节点四边形等参数环形单元,并将受哥氏惯性力的轴对称体看作非轴对称问题,对有限元分析中位移模式的建立和哥氏惯性力的处理作了讨论。最后,简要地说明了所研制的计算机程序,并给出了算例,其结果是令人满意的。
This paper discusses the application of Finite Element Method to the stress analysis of axisymmetric rotating body at high speeds with gyro precession. First, the distribution of Coriolis inertia force is formulated in the axisymmetric solid with gyroscopic effect. In circular cylindrical coordinate system, there are zero-order symmetric loads a long radial direction, and one-order symmetric and antisymmetric loads along axial direction in Coriolis inertia force. Secondly, using the isoparameter ring elements of eight-node quadrilateral with high precision and good boundary adaptability, and considering the axisymmetric solid with the Coriolis inertia force as non-axisymmetric problem, a discussion is made of the establishment of displacement model and the disposal of Coriolis inertia force in finite element analysis. Finally, a brief illustration of the developed computer program is given. One example is presented, and the results are satisfactory.
