摘要
在实验室条件下,龟纹瓢虫捕食日仁蚧若虫的功能反应,是随猎物密度的增加而增大,随其自身密度的增加而减少,并随两者密度的增加,相互干扰越显著,捕食效应下降.分别按 Holling,Watt 模型模拟,理论模型为1/(Na)=1.177 1/N+0.966 0×10^(-3)(雌虫),1/(Na)=1.062(1/N)+2.059×10^(-3)(雄虫),A=0.449 0P^(-0.6965),E=0.507 3P^(-1.0226)。经卡平方测验,其理论值与实测值无统计学差异.
In laboratory,the functional response of predator,Propylea japonica to its prey,nymph ofNipponaclerda biwakoensis was studied and the mathematical model was built.Functional response increasedwith the inerease of prey density and decreased with the inercase of predator density.The interference be-tween predator and prey was inerased,the predatory efficieney decreased obviously with the density increaeaseof predator and prey.The functional response could be described by the models of Holling and Watt:1/Na=1.177/N+0.966x10^(-3)(female) 1/Na=1.062/N+2.059x10^(-3)(malc)A=0.449xp^(-0.6965) E=0.5073×p^(-1.0226)A_x^2 test showed that theorctical expectation fitted the observed value.
