摘要
作者采用骨髓染色体制片方法已对云南白腹鼠(Ruttus coxingi)的常规核型作了简报。其核型包括17对端着丝粒染色体、4对亚中着丝拉染色体、4对中着丝粒染色体、1对性染色体以及4个或6个 B 染色体。不同于 Makino 等人早年的报道.在这一基础上.我们又对该种动物进行了染色体 C 显带和银染色研究,C 带所显示出的异染色质区域主要分布于端着丝粒染色体的着丝粒末端,而银染结果表明,核仁组织者区位于16号和20号染色体上,获得了其染色体内在结构上的一些特征。另外,文章还讨论了 B 染色体在家鼠属(Genus Rattus)动物核型中的分布情况.为研究家鼠属动物染色体增添了新的资料。
The karyotype of Rattuus coxingi collected in Yannan has been briefly reported based on thebone marrow cells.It is composed 17 pairs of acrocentric,4 pairs of large submetacentric,4 pairs ofs(?) m(?)centric,one pair of acrocentric sex chromosomes and 4 or 6 B—chromosomes,The result isdifferent from the early one of Makino.Futher more,the C—banding and Ag—staining of thechromosomes are studed.The constitutive heterochromatin is found mainly on the terminal region of(?)centric chromosomes and NORs on the chromosomes nos.16 and 20.In addition the characteristicand distrbution of B—chromosome in the karyotype of Rattus species is also dealt with.Some new dataof Rattus chromosomes are provided by the paper.
