社区中老年人慢性病及卫生服务需求现况调查

Investigation on Non-Infectious Chronic Disease and Health Service Requi rements of the Elderly and Middle-Aged People in a Certain Community

目的 考察社区中老年人的慢性病患病现状及其对社区卫生服务的需求。方法 采用结构式访谈法对某社区 5 5岁以上中老年人进行入户调查 ,考察该社区中老年人慢性病患病率和卫生服务需求情况。结果 该人群慢性病患病率为 68.1% ,年龄越大患病率越高。慢性病主要以循环系统疾病为主 ,其次是内分泌、营养代谢疾病。前十位慢性病分别是高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症、胆结石、脑卒中、慢性支气管炎、慢性咽炎、关节炎和白内障。 66.0 %的中老年人有 1项及以上社区卫生服务需求 ,其中以定期体检、健康指导为主。结论 立足社区 ,广泛开展慢性病预防保健、健康教育和健康促进服务 ,以提高社区中老年居民的健康水平和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the non-infectious chronic disease and h ealth service requirements of the elderly and middle-aged people in a certain co mmunity. Methods 335 middle-aged and senile residents over 5 5 years old were i nvestigated in a certain community. Information of non-infectious chronic diseas e and heath service requirements was recorded by questionnaires and health exami nation. Results Circulatory diseases were leading causes, th en endocrinopathy, trophopathy and metabolic diseases followed. The first ten sorts of disease wer e hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipemia, gall-stone, stro ke, chronic bronchitis, pharyngitis, arthritis and cataract. 66.0% of the people needed at least one kind of community health service, in which stated heath exa mination was the highest and the next was heath guidance. Conclusions Accordin g to non-infections chronic disease of aged people and their health requirements , comprehensive community health service and health education should be develope d for the senile residents in order to improve their health level and life quali ty.
