摘要
对于当前女大学生求职难的现象,人们的认识和看法是不同的,性别人力资本理论和统计性歧视理论认为女大学生求职难源于劳动力市场性别歧视,因此营造两性平等竞争、就业机会平等的劳动力市场环境是十分必要的。
There are different views on the difficulties of women students' employment. The theory of gender human capital and statistic discrimination suggest the gender discrimination of labor market leads to the difficulties of women students employment; thus it is necessary for our country to create a labor market environment which can provide equal gender competition and equal employment opportunity.
