摘要
1周龄 AA肉鸡 16 0只 ,随机分为对照组、+Vit A组、+Vit K组、+Vit A+Vit K组 ,自由采食以玉米、豆饼为主组成的基础日粮 ,各组处理如下 :对照组喂基础日粮 ;+Vit A组喂基础日粮 +6 0 0 0 0 0 IU维生素 A/ kg日粮 ;+Vit K组喂基础日粮 +40 0 mg维生素 K/ kg日粮 ;+Vit A+Vit K组喂基础日粮 +6 0 0 0 0 0 IU维生素 A/ kg+40 0 mg维生素K/ kg日粮。通过对不同周龄肉鸡体质量、料重比和凝血机能等指标的测定 ,得到结果如下 :(1)大剂量维生素 A显著抑制肉鸡生长 ,增大料重比 ;大剂量维生素 K对料重比影响不显著 ,但有促进生长之趋势 ;二者互作抑制肉鸡生长 ,增大料重比的作用更加明显。(2 )大剂量维生素 A、K对凝血酶原时间无显著性影响 ,但二者互作却显著延长肉鸡凝血酶原时间 ;大剂量维生素 A显著降低凝血因子 的活性 ,大剂量维生素 K却明显升高凝血因子 的活性 ,二者互作时 ,凝血因子 的活性接近 +Vit A组 ,说明主要显示了维生素
One hundred and sixty AA broiler chicks,one week old were randomly divided into four groups(Control,+VitA,+VitK and +VitA+VitK group).Each group contained 40 broiler chicks.The dietary treatments were as follows:control with basic diet;+VitA group;basic diet+(600 000) IU VitA/kg diet;+VitK group:basic diet+400 mg VitK/kg diet;+VitA+VitK group:basic diet+(600 000) IU VitA/kg+400 mg VitK/kg diet.Enough food and water were supplied for the broiler chicks.Data of weight of broilers and consumption of food was taken every week.By the end of 4 and 7 weeks,blood sample was collected by heart puncture,serum was separated and tested.The results were as follows:High level of vitamin A had a significant depressing effect on growth and increasing effect on Feed/gain of broiler chicks.Excess vitamin K increased the growth rate slightly.The body weight of the chicks fed the high levels of vitamin A and vitamin K was lower than that of the chicks fed the high level of vitamin A or high level of vitamin K only.Neither excess vitamin A nor vitamin K had any effect on the prothrombin time,but the interaction of excess vitamin A and vitamin K delayed the prothrombin time significantly.High level of vitamin A markedly reduced the activity of the coaggulative factor Ⅸ,but high level of vitamin K increased the activity of coaggulative factor Ⅸ significantly.
