摘要
本文介绍了一种基于布拉格光纤光栅 (FBG)的加速度传感器设计。为了克服等截面悬臂梁的局限性 ,该设计采用等强度悬臂梁的形式。结果表明 :该种光纤加速度传感器具有良好的稳定性和较高的分辨率 (0 .0 0 5g) ,适合海洋平台等大型工程结构的加速度测量。
A novel design of the acceleration sensor based on Fiber Bragg Gratings(FBG) is presented.The FBG was glued on the surfaces of a triangle cantilever beam of constant bending rigidity to avoid the inhomogeneity of the longitudinal strain present in a uniform cantilever beam.The test result indicated that it behaves well with high stability and high resolution up to 0.005g and thus is suitable to the application to the acceleration measurement for large engineering structures,such as offshore platforms.
