摘要
通过生物活性研究,发现韭叶不同有机溶剂提取物有很好的杀螨活性,筛选出具有优良生物活性化学结构:n BuS(O2)SBu n、AllylSSSAllyl及复配组合MeS(O)SMe+MeS(O2)SMe+MeSSMe(质量比为 1 8∶3 9∶1)对棉花立枯病菌的相对抑制率达100%;化合物MeS(O)SMe、EtS(O2)SEt、n BuS(O2)SBu n对苹果轮纹病菌的相对抑制率也达100%;MeSSMe、MeSSSMe及复配组合MeS(O2)SMe+MeSSMe+MeSSSMe(质量比为 6∶1 3∶1)48 h杀螨死亡率超过80%。说明实验室仿生合成的含硫化合物也有优良生物活性,具有很好的开发价值。
Miticidal activity was found from the extractives of the leaves of Allium tuberosum rottler by studied on biological activity. Chemical structure from synthetic products with good biological activity were screened such as: MeS(O)SMe、EtS(O_2)SEt 、n-BuS(O_2)SBu-n、AllylSSSAllyl and MeS(O)SMe+MeS(O_2)SMe+MeSSMe(mass ratio:1.8∶3.9∶1) had good germicidal activity;MeSSMe、MeSSSMe and MeS(O_2)SMe+MeSSMe+MeSSSMe(mass ratio:6∶1.3∶1)had good miticidal activity.
