A new approach to the local universitygraduates'employment

随着我国高等教育改革的进一步深化和发展及我院由专科升格为本科 ,我院就业指导工作从指导思想、内容方法、服务体制等方面都发生了许多新的变化 ,为适应毕业生就业新的形势和新的要求 ,我院转变思想观念 ,注重指导服务 ,落实具体措施 ,开创了师范类院校毕业生就业工作新格局 ,保证了我院毕业生工作顺利进行 ,使我院 2 0 0 3年毕业生就业率 (截止 2 0 0 4年 3月 10日止 )达到 82 %。

With the further development of the reform in the higher education, great changes have taken place in the graduate employment guidance of Chuxiong Normal University. To help the graduates adapt themselves to the new employment situation and demand, all the teachers and staff in the university have changed their mentality, laid emphasis on employment guidance and taken concrete measures to create a new situation in the graduate employment. As a result, the employment status for graduates 2003 is 82% (statistics up to March 10, 2004).
