摘要
比较系统地研究了稀土锡酸盐体系Y_(2-x)RE_xSn_2O_7(RE=S_m,E_u;x=0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05,0.06,0.07,0.08,0.09,0.10)的合成,结构与光谱性质及其变化规律,Y_(2-x)RE_xSn_2O_7为烧绿石型结构,属立方晶系,空间群Fd3m。发现稀土激活离子的发光强度强烈依赖于其掺杂浓度,合理确定了各种谱项及跃迁,并确定了共沉淀法合成这类稀土发光材料的最佳合成条件。
The synthesis, crystal structure and spectral properties of Y_(2-x)RExSn_2O_7 (RE refers to Sm and Eu;x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, 0.10) have been systematically studied. The X-ray diffraction data show that Y_(2-x)RE_xSn_2O_7 with pyrochlore-type structure belongs to cubic, the symmetry being Fd3m. Varivous spectral lines and transitions were determined reasonably. It was found that the luminous intensity of the activator depends strongly on the concentration of the dropping ions. The most optimum synthetic conditions were determined by means of co-precipitation method.
