摘要
强力樟桂杀虫剂对草鱼苗24小时TLm为18.5ppm:鲤鱼苗24小时TLm为25.8ppm。在18.5ppm时,对草鱼苗鱼体上皮组织有明显的损害作用,主要导致鱼鳃组织炎性水肿和坏死。治疗浓度每天全池泼洒1.25ppm,连洒二天,对草鱼苗皮肤和鳃组织没有损害;对池塘水化指标和浮游植物的数量无明显影响;但浮游动物的量明显减少。
At water temperature ranging from 20.5~24.0℃, the median tolerated limit (TLm) of Qiangli Zhang-Gui parasiticide on the grass carp for a 24hours exposure was 18.5ppm,and for
a 48hours exposure was 16.5ppm. At water temperature ranging from 21.0~23.0℃, the TLm, of the common carp for a 24hours exposure was 25.8ppm and for a 48hours exposure was 25.8ppm. When the concentration of this parasiticide was 18.5ppm, the epithelial tissue of grass carp was more obviously damaged. The histopathological changes were characterized by inflammatory oedema, necrosis of the gill filaments. When the concentration was 1.25ppm/day, twice spray, the suitable concentration to kill the parasites, the skin and gill were not damaged, the water quality and phytoplankton biomass no significantly changes in pond, but zooplankton biomass was considerably decreased.
