以CA为基质中空纤维分离膜与血液成份的相互作用 被引量:3

摘要 以二醋酸纤维素(CA)为基质,加入适量丙烯腈与衣康酸共聚物(PAN)共混纺丝,制取中空纤维血浆分离膜。以扫描电子显微镜、压汞仪等测试手段,系统考查了分离膜在血浆分离前后结构及性能的变化,并讨论了影响血浆分离的若干因素。结果表明,由于血浆蛋白在中空纤维分离膜内壁的富集,膜阻增加,血浆通量随时间的延长而衰减,以血浆通量最低值100ml/min·m^2计,已大大超过单人输、采血浆的要求。 The hollow fibre membranes made from cellulose diacetate (CDA) as matrix and acrylonitrile copolymer (PAN) of right amount were used for plasmapheresis.The increase in obstruction of membrane due to the plasma protein and corpuscles rich on the inner wall of the hollow fibres would lead to the decrease in plasma flux.The microporous structure of the membranes and the status of the plasma and corpuscles rich on the membrane surface before and after separating plasma are examined by means of ESM and mercury extrusion,and the factors affecting adsorption of plasma and corpuscles are also discussed in this paper.The results show that the plasma flux may reach at least to 0.01ml/min.cm^2 and meet the requirementof personal plasma transfusion and collection,and that the hollow fibre membranes are of important value in practice.
