摘要 目的 :观察玫瑰晚茶的抗疲劳和镇静催眠作用。方法 :昆明种和BALB/C小鼠 ,按文献方法观察玫瑰晚茶对小鼠负重游泳、爬杆运动、游泳运动后肝糖原含量以及戊巴比妥钠诱发睡眠作用的影响。结果 :高、低剂量时 (70g/kg和 35g/kg) ,玫瑰晚茶均可显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间 (P <0 .0 0 1和P <0 .0 5)和增加小鼠游泳运动后的肝糖原含量 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 0 1) ,高剂量时 ,可缩短由戊巴比妥钠诱发的小鼠入睡时间 (P <0 .0 5)和延长小鼠的爬杆时间 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :玫瑰晚茶具有显著的抗疲劳及镇静催眠作用 ,是一个适用于紧张状态人群及失眠症患者晚间饮用 ,有利于放松心神、消除疲劳和促进睡眠的保健茶剂。 Objective: Observe the anti-fatigue and sedative-hypnotic effect of Evening Tea with Rose. Method: Experimented animals are kunming mice and BALBIC mice. With approaches recorded in documents, observations are made about the influence of the Tea on the content of their hepatic glycogen after swimming with burden, pole-climbing and swimming, and the influence on the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium. Result: Whether with high dosage (70g/kg) or dosage (35g/kg) the Tea can greatly lengthen the time of swimming with burden (P<0.001 and P<0.05) and improve the content of hepatic glycogen after swimming (P<0.05 and P<0.001). High dosage can shorten the time before falling asleep cause by pentobarbital sodium (P<0.05) and increase the time used for pole-climbing(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tea has notable anti-fatigue and sedative-hypnotic effect which can be applied to people with tension and insomniac to use at night. It's beneficial in relaxing mind, relieving fatigue and improving sleep.
