摘要
摩托车NVH技术研究的内容包括噪声、振动与舒适性,它是衡量制造质量的一个综合性问题。本文介绍了在目前摩托车NVH技术研究领域中,摩托车从设计开发到试制生产过程中振动控制的一般工作流程及测试分析方法。并分析说明了解决摩托车噪声问题的通常步骤及手段。提出了结合人体对振动及噪声的主管感受,改善摩托车的舒适性,是摩托车NVH技术未来发展的方向。
The research of NVH technology on motorcycle covers noise, vibration and comfort, indicating a comprehensive assessing level for overall quality of a motorcycle. This paper introduces the operating procedure and test analysis methods for the vibration control in current research for the NVH technology on motorcycle, from design, development to trial and production. Also it offers an analysis and illustrates the general procedure and methods to resist the noise of motorcycle, and put forward his view-to improve the comfort of motorcycle according to the physical consciousness for vibration and noise shall be the only way to the future development of NVH on motorcycle.
