On the basis of balanced scorecard and EVA, aim ing at financial dim ensionality, regarding creative dimensionality as the kernel, based on customer, internal operation, study and growing up and social dimensionality, a strategic management evaluation index system was constructed, by which the long-term dev eloping potentialities and competing abilities of the enterprises can be multi- dimensionally evaluated
