摘要 论文在平衡计分卡和 EVA的基础上 ,以财务维度为落脚点 ,创新维度为内核 ,顾客、内部运营、学习与成长、社会维度为基础 ,架构了战略管理业绩评价指标体系 ,多维。 On the basis of balanced scorecard and EVA, aim ing at financial dim ensionality, regarding creative dimensionality as the kernel, based on customer, internal operation, study and growing up and social dimensionality, a strategic management evaluation index system was constructed, by which the long-term dev eloping potentialities and competing abilities of the enterprises can be multi- dimensionally evaluated
