摘要
介绍了一种LD泵浦的高性能Nd :YVO4 /LBO绿激光器。用LBO腔内倍频避免了KTP易出现的灰线问题 ;采用V型谐振腔结构 ,满足了基模光斑与泵浦光斑尺寸的匹配条件 ,亦使非线性系数较低的LBO在高功率密度和良好偏振性的基频光下获得了高的倍频效率。实验证明 ,该设计具有高效率、低噪声、高偏振比、使用寿命长和适合产品化等优点。在泵浦光功率为 90 0mW时 ,获得TEM0 0 模绿光输出达 2 37mW ,偏振比超过 10 0 0 :1,功率不稳定度优于 2 % ,噪声低于± 1%
A design of LD pumped high performance Nd:YVO 4/LBO green laser is presented in this paper.KTP crystal which is apt to produce 'gray tracks' is replaced with type I phase matching LBO for intracavity frequency doubling.By using a V shaped folded resonator, mode matching can be easily obtained with high SHG efficiency. It is shown by the experiment that the design is very effective.With 900 mW pumping light, 237 mW TEM 00 mode stable green laser is obtained, with polarization ratio in excess of 1 000:1, power instability better than 2%, and noise less than ±1%.
