摘要
对23名交警和20名其他职业男性精液质量进行了分析。结果显示:交警组精子活率、精子密度低于对照组(P<0.05),精子活力也呈下降趋势,精子畸形率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。血铅和精液铅不仅显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.001),而且随着血铅水平,精液铅含量上升,畸形率也增高。提示,交警长期暴露于汽车尾气污染的环境之中,精液质量明显下降。
To investigate the low level and long term exposure of lead on male reproductive function, the semen quality was studied in 23 policemen and 20 males (control group). The sperm motility, sperm count and proportion of abnormal sperm were significantly different between two groups. Lead concentrations in blood and semen of the policemen were high- er than those of the control group, and showed a dose-depen- dent increase with the sperm abnormality. The findings in this study suggests that the air pollution of lead influence the se- men quality of policemen.
