用查表法换算孔系位置的尺寸偏差

Tabulation Approach for Converting Dimension Deviation of Hole Series

箱体零件的孔系在设计时,常标注其中心距尺寸及偏差,但在加工时需要将此尺寸及其偏差换算成2个坐标尺寸及偏差。偏差的换算是一件相当麻烦的事。提出了偏差换算的查表法,说明了查表法的依据,以及通过尺寸链的分析进行换算的方法和步骤。

For processing series of holes on a box workpiece,it is necessary to con- vert the design dimension,namely the distance dimensions and their deviations be- tween hole centers,into the corresponding values in coordinates.The conversion of deviation is a troublesome and elaborate job.A tabulation approach for converting the deviations is suggested in this paper.The basis of tabulation and the procedures of conversion through analysis of dimension chain are explained.
