摘要
首先给出了剃前插齿刀的侧刀后刀面的全新设计方案和对应的几何模型,进而给出了以二次包络为主干的相应制造模型,最后通过生产中的实例验证了所述模型的可靠性。
On the basis of the new design scheme of pinion cutter, we have the new design model of side side surface of unshaving pinion pinion cutter which the design error is zero; Through imitating the Procedure in processing unshaving pinion cutter on sarcks-9c grinding gear machine, we set up a corresponding manufature which is mainly based on twice envelope; with the production example we verify that the new scheme is reliable.
