云南省壮族人群红细胞EsD，PGM_1和GLOI表型分布的调查

Invetication of the Distribution of EsD, PGM1 and GLOI Phenotypes in the Zhuang Nationality in Yunnan Province

采用ＥｓＤ－ＰＧＭ_１－ＧＬＯＩ同步电泳分型法，对云南省壮族人群的ＥｓＤ，ＰＧＭ_１和ＧＬＯＩ进行分型调查．结果：ＥｓＤ_１、ＰＧＭ_１１及ＧＬＯ_１的频率分别为０．６２７７，０．７４０９和０．１１３１．本次检测未发现变异型．文中对不同种族、不同民族及生活在不同地区的壮族人群进行了比较。

Investigation of the distribution of EsD,PGM1,and GLOI phenotypes in the Zhuang nationality in Yunnan province was carried out with the typing of EsDPGM1-GLOI on the same gel electrophoresis. The gene frequencies of EsD,PGM1and GLOI were calculated.They are as follows:EsD1 0.6277,PGM11 0.740 9,GLO1 0.113 1. No variant of EsD,PGM1and GLOI was found in the investigation. The comparisons of the distribution of EsD,PGM1and GLOI were done among different races and populations of the Zhuang nationality living in two regions.
