普鲁卡因在静脉复合麻醉中对颅内压的影响 被引量:6

摘要 20例垂体瘤病人,均分两组。以硫喷妥钠和琥珀胆碱快速诱导,氟哌啶、芬太尼和潘库溴铵维持麻醉。在轻过度换气(维持ETCO2在4.0kPa)的条件下,观察组以0.75mg·kg-1·min-1的速度静脉滴注1%的普鲁卡因。10例病人中,有4例脑脊液压力呈轻度降低,3例轻度升高,但皆在0.27kPa(2mmHg)以内。平均脑脊液压保持稳定,未出现有统计学意义的变化(P>0.05)。结果表明,在此模式的麻醉条件下,静脉滴注普鲁卡因对于颅内压井无显著影响。合理使用,不失为一好的神经外科麻醉用药。 Twenty cases with pituitary tumor were eqally divided into two groups,group I for intravenous procaine andgroup Ⅱ as control.All cases were induced by thiopental and succinylcholine and maintained with Innovar and pan-curonium. Under light hyperventilation(ETCO2=4.0kPa)1%procaine was infused intravenously at a rate of0.75mg/kg/min in group Ⅰ,cerebro-spinal fluid pressure(CSFP)was measured before surgery.The pressure re-duced in four cases and increased in three patients less than 2 torrs. The mean CSFP of this group was not changedsignificantly(P>0.05).The result suggests that in this model of anesthesia,intravenous procaine does not influ-ence on intracanial pressure noticeably. It is concluded that procaine infusion can be used if the basic rules of neuro-surgical anesthesia are followed strictly.
